Preparing for Licensure-
Pharmacology ATI – Adaptive Quiz and Remediation Reflection
After completing this first ATI Adaptive Quiz of the semester, I feel as though it went well and was a lot of information I was able to recall and answer correctly on the quiz. It was eye opening showing me how many medications I do remeber and their side effects/ information that goes along with it. This is good to have some comfort moving forward knowing that there was a lot of information I did know, but also a lot of information I need to go back and focus on in the future before preparing for the NCLEX. During the quiz, I was very focused on getting the task done, but I knew I would need to take a break, so I stopped at 50 questions and recharged for a few moments to get ready for the rest of the information. This break definitely helped me progress further. To improve my score in the future, there are some questions I need to read more in depth and some that I could spend a little more time on. Goal setting moving forward, I want to ensure I dedicate a day to this work with taking the quiz and doing the remediations after. While doing the remediations it is important I take breaks and research the information at hand so that these topics will stick in my brain as I move towards taking the NCLEX. Practice makes perfect as they all say.

Good insight! The saying also goes “practice makes permanent”, so it helps to nail down effective test-taking strategies to achieve “perfect practice.”
